Mobile Version RouteView - Google StreetView Player - Virtual Ride using Google Street View 
This will launch the mobile version (Android, IOS).

Please note that the mobile version is a simplified and stripped down version,
which only allows to play a route between two points (no waypoints).
This software is 100% open-source and hosted on Github

Please note that this software is still in Alpha.
Some features are still missing, or may not yet be fully functional,
or they could simply be broken by the latest changes I made...

I am working on it on my spare time, so please bear with me!
This allows to play show the StreetView image for a given location.

Each time you click on the map, you should see the StreetView image for this location.
Please note that the position is adjusted to be on the nearest location with StreetView data.
This allows to play all legs of the route using StreetView.

Each image will stay for a specific time (default is 1,200 msec),
and each new image is separated from the previous one by 175 meters.
When selected, this asks Google Maps service to create a route not using Highways.
Using this button will recreate the route.
When selected, this asks Google Maps service to create a route not using Toll routes.
Using this button will recreate the route.
Places
Place: 

This dialog let you display places on the map.
For instance, you could choose to display all McDonald's on the map.
Or, you could also choose to display all Harley Davidson dealerships on the map.
Configuration
Apply when starting to play the route.

When selected, this zoom will apply.
When not selected, the zoom will be automatically set so the whole route is shown on the map.

This dialog let you configure a few things like the distance and time intervals between images,
a default starting point, autocomplete settings, etc...


Once a route has been defined, this option allows you to create a GPX file (GPS exchange format).
This file can then be uploaded to a GPS device (for instance a Garmin).

This feature is highly untested, and provided at your own risk!

Only tested with my Garmin Nuvi 2689LMT 6" that I use on my RoadKing.
Step : 150 meters - 575 feet
Interval : 750 milliseconds
This slider lets you define the step in the route.

Default is 150 meters, meaning that each Street View image are 250 meters apart.
This slider lets you define the time interval between each Street View image.

Default is 750 milliseconds, meaning that each Street View image is displayed for 750 milliseconds.
This allow you to change Steps and Intervall between each image.
Change the layout Map / StreetView
Once a route has been defined and you are playing this route through Google Street View,
this allows you to pause / continue the playing of the route.

Note that you can still use the slider at the bottom of the screen to move to any location within the route.
Once a route has been defined and you are playing this route through Google Street View,
this allows you to stop the playing of the route. Once stopped, a route can be restart (from the beginning)>br> or cleared.
Once a route has been defined, this slider can be used to move along any point of the route.
This slider can be used either in Play mode, or when the route is Paused.
